Lisa Ludes

I am a native Charlottean, born in Raleigh, but moved to Charlotte at one week of age. My husband and I recently moved to Belmont NC (exactly 5 weeks ago) with our 3 dogs. 

I graduated Winthrop University with a degree in Business and Fashion Merchandising.

After a short stint in the retail business, I joined my mother, Micki Fisher, at her firm, Fisher & Associates, as her Secretary.

She merged with First Charlotte Properties, where I entered into the Relocation Industry.  After 10 years at FCP,  I joined Prudential Carolinas Relocation Department, which soon became Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices in 2003.  My entire real estate career, except for the past 5 years, has been associated with a Relocation Department.  My main focus was working with banks and asset companies (Citibank, FreddieMac, FannieMae, Suntrust, BofA). I listed their foreclosure portfolio properties in Charlotte and surrounding areas.  I was also the back up associate for Third Party Inventory homes in Charlotte and the surrounding areas. 

I left BHHS in 2016, and joined Real Living Margaret Ford Realty, as their Business and Broker Services Manager.
