Thirteen years ago Jessie and her family moved to Huntersville for her husband’s career, and they have never looked back. Charlotte and the Lake Norman area have truly become home for Jessie, and she has enjoyed raising her two daughters in North Carolina. Growing up in New Mexico, and living in California and Kansas City, have given Jessie a unique view of the differences from region to region across the country. She enjoys working with people new to the area, and native North Carolinians alike.
Prior to her real estate career, Jessie taught at a local Charter school. Coming in at the founding level, Jessie played a major role in building the school’s sports program. She taught and coached four sports, as well as chairing the Athletic Board and assisting in designing the high school gymnasium and art facilities. Her work for twelve years as a NC certified teacher and coach, as well as her work as a professional organizer and an Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD) coach, add to her unique and deep love for helping and working with people.
Jessie and her husband will be empty nesters soon, with one daughter at University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and the other finishing up her senior year of high school. Her family has lived in Davidson for the past five years, and recently downsized to a new home in the city of Davidson. Jessie is passionate about real estate. Her unique perspective and background as an art instructor reflects in her detailed approach. Jessie is a full-service Real Estate broker as well as an Accredited Staging Professional. She has staged, listed and sold existing homes as well as new construction at all price points. She enjoys building relationships with clients and truly listening to their wants and needs.
