Since then we have bought and sold several properties and thoroughly enjoy helping others with such an important decision. Within a few years from our 1st purchase in 2006, after a career as a Registered Nurse, I decided to go into the real estate business. My goal was to merge the art and skill of caring into the practice of real estate so that the home buying and selling experience would support the greatest well-being of my clients. As a Charlotte native, I've seen firsthand how the city continues to grow and innovate and excited for the future of the region.
This fulfilling journey has been spurred along by a never-ending quest for learning; I never tire of preparing myself with solutions that could bring better outcomes for my clients. Along the way I’ve built an arsenal of professional allies who can offer products and services that might fit a client’s particular situation. Having solutions that create possibilities and open doors for you is what energizes me each day.
I’m very much an endless sponge when it comes to absorbing information that can help others, and am happy to be a co-host of Charlotte Real Estate Talks. I have the pleasure of bringing some of Charlotte’s most interesting and knowledgeable movers and shakers to light. The podcast has some aspects of real estate, some of what’s going on in Charlotte and generally all-around life-enriching info. Hope you will check it out.
In truth, I tend to go a little overboard in preparing myself to handle anything a client might throw at me; I have a Masters in Real Estate (MRE) as well as a number of real estate designations ABR, GRI, GREEN, RCC, CRS, Military Relocation, Local WHS, AHWD, E-Pro, Luxury-CLHMS. (I’ve provided links if you want to know more about how those might support your goals.)
My mindset perhaps flows from my interest in Crossfit and Martial Arts, especially Judo & Jiu Jitsu. There’s more to a building a service relationship than knowledge alone. Any task or problem requires both presence of the mind and an awareness of something bigger than the self.

So much of real estate is negotiation. I’ve invested in additional training to hone those skills so that I know with certainty that I can not only help my clients achieve their goals, but can do so with friendly finesse. My approach is to partner with you as your trusted guide, vigilante champion, and friend.
Speaking of friends, mine know me as “a family guy.” You’ll find me around town with my four kids and beautiful wife, Tami. Tami is also a licensed real estate agent and we both share a commitment to giving back to the community. One of our favorite ways is the REALTORS® Care Day project that, in partnership with Habitat for Humanity, helps families with critical exterior home repairs.
Another way that I like to give back is through leadership, mentoring, and contributing to the reputation of the real estate profession. I have the pleasure of daily service to our family of agents of Pridemore Properties North where I coach, assist and serve as the broker-in-charge. I also seek opportunities to speak, teach and participate with REALTORs at national conferences and educational events.
I’ll mention some honors I’ve been humbled to receive in the line of duty. I see these not as shiny accolades to put by my name, but rather as a bar that reminds me to jump a little higher every day.
