Natalie Rutherford

As a Charlotte native, Natalie is passionate about selling real estate in the Queen City. She knows the different areas and neighborhoods intimately and enjoys helping buyers find the right area and perfect home that fits their needs and offers them the lifestyle they desire. Her clients often describe her as hardworking, proactive, detail-oriented, transparent, patient, analytical, and a strong negotiator.

After graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill’s Kenan Flagler Business School, Natalie enjoyed her first career in corporate America, working in brand management for a large Consumer Products & Goods company. Her background allows her to bring both a strategic business mindset and a creative marketing approach to each real estate transaction.

Natalie approaches every real estate transaction with full transparency so that her clients can make the best-informed decisions for their largest investments. She is also a skilled negotiator and works aggressively to ensure her clients get the best price for their home. Integrity and honesty are of the utmost importance to Natalie, and she strives for excellence in all that she does. She does not rest until her clients’ expectations have been exceeded.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Paul, and their three children. She is also very involved at her local church, and enjoys leading women’s Bible studies and a community group there.
