Jenny Hardman

Jenny Hardman is a Charlotte native with deep family roots in the community. She graduated from The Mingle Institute with a degree in Real Estate but put her sales career on hold as she raised her daughter and participated in a number of well-known family businesses including Lulus Market (South End) and Laurel Market (Eastover/Myers Park). She began her real estate brokerage career in 2003. 

Jenny comes by real estate sales naturally as her grandmother, aunt, uncle, and cousins in other markets such as Raleigh, California and New York City. She has benefitted from the best practices of each family member in real estate but her 28 year career as a risk manager particularly helped develop her critical thinking and negotiation skills. Her friends call her a "Whizzie Whig" or "What You See Is What You Get," which has endeared her to many clients who appreciate her "call it like you see it" approach. Additionally, her experiences in real estate and insurance allow her to share personal stories that resonate with clients. Her passion for excellence and love for the real estate industry come across from the first time you meet her.

When Jenny does enjoy down time, it is almost always outdoors. She likes to hike, bike and support fellow outdoor enthusiasts. For instance, she was the office manager for the U.S. Olympic Committee's canoe-kayak team in preparation for the 2004 Olympic games in Athens, Greece. Jenny also loves to cook, and her passion transferred to her daughter who is a chef in Denver, Colorado. Jenny lives in the Park Road area of Charlotte but has sold homes all over the Charlotte metro area.
